A few years back like so many other people my Play Station 2 started to get the majorly dreaded "DISK READ ERROR".
I searched and search the Internet only to find that Sont would do it for a price and guides you could buy on how to fix
them.
I actually gave up the first time. Then a couple months later I finally tracked it down in a news group. Though I foret
the name of that sight and I wish I didn't.
Anyways I found this article with very clear step by step instructions on how to do fix the issue. Even has a few more
new things I previously hadn't known.
